114-92000 February 25th, 2013 Rev F Fiber Optic Backbone Distribution Cables 6 or 12 Fiber Subunit 900um Buffered Fiber Central Strength Member Aramid Yarn Strength Members Outer Jacket Outer Jacket Ripcord Single Unit Cable Multi-Unit Cable 6-24 Fiber 24-144 Fiber Description: TE Connectivity backbone distribution cables are designed for routing between communications closets, as intra- building backbone cables. Distribution cables are all-dielectric and consist of 900µm tight buffered fibers surrounded by aramid yarn strength members and a flexible thermoplastic outer jacket. Twenty-four, and higher fiber count constructions have two or more subunits and a central strength member (24 fiber side by side constructions do not have a central strength member). The cables are available in Riser and Plenum constructions with bend insensitive single-mode, 62.5/125 µm OM1, 50/125 µm OM2, 50/125 µm OM3, or 50/125 µm OM4 fiber. All fiber types other than OM1 are bend insensitive. Standard jacket colors are orange for 62.5/125 µm OM1 and 50/125 µm OM2, aqua for 50/125 µm OM3 and 50/125 µm OM4, and yellow for single- mode BIF. Other jacket colors are available upon request. Standards Compliance: TE Connectivity cables are designed and tested to conform to the fiber and cable performance requirements of TIA 568, ISO 11801, Telcordia GR-409-CORE and ICEA-596 Standards. All cables have UL or ETL fire safety listings to either OFNR (UL-1666/CSA FT4) or OFNP (NFPA-262/UL 910/CSA FT6). Cable Print: Cables will be marked every two feet with: TE CONNECTIVITY MM/YY SO XXXXX FEET © 2014 Tyco Electronics Corporation, a TE Connectivity Ltd. Company. All Rights Reserved. Our company provides services to aid in the manufacture of technological products, such as semiconductors and flat panel displays, and often searching for distributors of obsolete product we require can waste time and money. Finding GID Industrial proved to be a great asset to our company, with cost effective solutions and superior knowledge on all of their materials, it’d be hard to find a better provider of obsolete or hard to find products.

TERRIFIC RESOURCE

This company has been a terrific help to us (I work for Trican Well Service) in sourcing the Micron Ram Memory we needed for our Siemens computers. Great service! And great pricing! I know when the product is shipping and when it will arrive, all the way through the ordering process.

When I can't find an obsolete part, I first call GID and they'll come up with my parts every time. Great customer service and follow up as well. Scott emails me from time to time to touch base and see if we're having trouble finding something.....which is often with our 25 yr old equipment.
