The 2 S/H Control SHM-50 features excellent dynamic specifi cations including a maximum 3 Analog Input acquisition time of only 40 nanoseconds for a 2V step to ±0.01%. Sample-to-hold settling time, to ±0.01% accuracy, is 20 nanoseconds 4 Analog Return maximum with an aperture uncertainty of ±2 picoseconds. 5 –5v Supply The SHM-50 is a complete sample/hold circuit, containing a preci- 6 Analog Output sion MOS hold capacitor and a MOSFET switching confi guration which 7 +5v Analog Supply results in faster switching and better feedthrough attenuation. Addition- ally, a FET input amplifi er design allows faster acquisition and settling 8 Power Ground times while maintaining a considerably lower droop rate. +5V +5V –5V ANALOG DIGITAL SUPPLY SUPPLY SUPPLY 5 1 7 1k 7 1k 7 ANALOG INPUT 3 ANALOG OUTPUT 6 SWITCH S/H CONTROL 2 DRIVER 8 4 POWER GROUND ANALOG RETURN Figure 1. TERRIFIC RESOURCE
This company has been a terrific help to us (I work for Trican Well Service) in sourcing the Micron Ram Memory we needed for our Siemens computers. Great service! And great pricing! I know when the product is shipping and when it will arrive, all the way through the ordering process.

GO TO SOURCE
When I can't find an obsolete part, I first call GID and they'll come up with my parts every time. Great customer service and follow up as well. Scott emails me from time to time to touch base and see if we're having trouble finding something.....which is often with our 25 yr old equipment.
